How to Use Qcard Custom Image Overlay in Zoom

⚠️ Custom Image Overlays are only available for paid Zoom accounts or accounts added to Zoom Pro or Business Plans.

‍To manage and use Custom Image Overlays, you need:

• Zoom Pro account or higher (free-with-credit-card or above)
• Admin or account owner access
• Zoom desktop app (Windows, Mac, Linux – must be up to date)
• Zoom mobile app (Android or iOS – must be up to date)
• Video Filters enabled in Zoom settings

How to Add a Custom QCard Image Overlay in Zoom

1. Download the Overlay Image from your Qcard Account.

• Log in to your QCard profile and Go to Downloadable Assets

In the Downloadable Assets section, as you scroll down, you will find that there is both an Image Overlay for Desktop and Mobile. You will need to download both of these files because you will be uploading them to Zoom later.

2. Access Zoom Settings

Now that you have downloaded your files, log in to Zoom on a web browser and Go to Account Management > Account Settings > Meeting > Meeting (Advanced) > Find Video Filters, then click Add Custom Filters.

3. Upload Your Image Overlay

After clicking “Add Custom Filters,” Zoom will prompt you to upload an overlay image. Select the image file you downloaded for the Desktop version.

Then click Next to preview or upload a mobile version of your image overlay.
On the Mobile Image Overlay section, click on “add another image to this filter” on the bottom right-hand corner, just above the Next button, to add the Mobile Image Overlay.

After uploading your Mobile Image Overlay, click Next, then enter a name for the filter, and then click Save.

To activate Custom Image Overlay, you will do this from within the Zoom app while on a Zoom meeting, click on the arrow pointing up right next to the video button. Then click on “Choose video filter” and select the custom image overlay that you saved.

Then select the Custom Image Overlay that you saved.

After selecting your Custom Image Overlay, it should show right away on your Zoom call.
